What weight boxing bag should I get, I have never boxed before I am 14 years old 5-10 and have never boxed?
If you could can you also tell me what oz boxing gloves I should get, I want to use this pair for competition and training. (competition being battles we have at school)
It doesn’t really matter. Probably around 50 lbs. that way the bag will move more and you can practice footwork.
