Do Minor and Little League baseball focus on “speciel” pitches(curve ball ETC.)?
My little brother wants to join baseball next fall and I was wondering if most coaches teach curveballs fastballs and other pitches in little league baseball and minor league. Or if they just focus on throwing the ball over the plate.
My brother is 9.
Curveballs really shouldnt be used by someone younger than 15.
He should focus on his fastball. the two fastball grips and placement to be more exact.
once he gets his fastball down. focus on a change-up.
those two pitches along with location is all he needs to succeed.
