elliptical trainers which brand is better out of these?
“Vfit Dual Action Air Resistance Elliptical Trainer” or “Body Sculpture Dual Action Air Elliptical Trainer BE5920X”? and also do they both have forward and backward motion? (they are not magnetic) im looking for the best out of those 2 to tone my butt
Don’t know about those brands,but can tell you I’ve been doing Eliptical for 3 years at the gym.called life fitness.I just bought an elliptical from Chicago fittness called diamondback 360. don’t spend 100.oo and think you will use it you will for a week or so then you will regret buying it.a good elliptical new runs between 1200 and 2000.00 Most people that go out and buy exercise equiptment usually ends up putting it off to the side to collect dust.cause they get beat up by cheap machines.
