Does anyone have any tips on how to properly hold Focus Pads for boxing?
How should they be held? At an angle? And when throwing hooks and uppercuts how high or low in respect to the person? Any tips will be appriciated
Don’t hold them in the one place. Make the person holding them move around and present targets.
If your working on boxing, your foot work is important too. Don’t just stand still and swing.
