It doesn’t hurt, it maybe a little uncomfortable your first time just because well you’ve never experienced it before, they will apply some wax then the hairs that the wax didn’t get they will pluck and no it doesn’t hurt and I have really really thick eyebrows and it doesn’t hurt me
