RE-POST: What are some good sites to watch a variety of quality exercise videos for free online?
I just want to do basic exercises to keep myself healthy, in shape, and fit. I would also like to work on a few problem areas. I appreciate every body’s answer from last post but, it really wasn’t what I was looking for. So, are there any good websites where I can watch a variety of quality exercise videos online for free?

http://www.youtube.com is a good site…you can watch a lot of workout videos once you type what you’re searching for in the search box, but, eventually you’ll have to sign up to enjoy more videos…don’t worry coz its free
