Is this a good fitness plan?
Here is what I have been doing for diet:
Breakfast:
1 cup Grape nuts, milk
Morning snack:
Apple
Lunch:
Smart Ones meal, non fat yogurt, pudding cup, granola bar
Afternoon snack:
Granola Bar
Dinner:
6 oz. Salmon filet (grilled), cup of cottage cheese
Workout routine
Monday: Run 4 miles
Tuesday: 80 curls with 30# dumbbells, 80 reps tricep workout, 100 ab reps (different positions)
Wednesday: Run 3 miles
Thursday: Run 2 miles, 40 reps chest flys, 40 bench pushups, 80 shoulder reps
Friday: 12 oz. curls (about 10)
Saturday: 4 mile run
Sunday: Day off.
Let me know if this is a solid plan or if any adjustments should be made. I’m not trying to be huge just toned.
To be honest i think you’r doing too much and pushing yourself too hard if your doing all of this! you dont need to do all that much exercise just to tone up a bit! it sorta depends on how old you are also, if your younger than 15/16 yrs old thn thats waayy to much 4 u! jus do general stuff around the house or stand when you could be sitting, along with a bit of exercise and eating the right things you should do just fine!! i play a bit of sport each week and eat generally healthy and im not in too bad shape, all you gotta do is just not be lazy and dont pig out loads!! (not saying you do the 2 latter things anyway lol)
