what running shoes u recomend?
what running shoes do you recomend? im looking for shoes and here are ….
my specs: 138lbs
and i use stability shoes- nike triax 9 made me happy and kept me free of shinsplints
pace : around 7 +/- a minute
and my workout time 50-80mins
35-45miles per week
and basically planing to run on cement ..and a little dirt
I try to get away with the cheapest pair I can. I could do that when I was younger. the cheaper ones had much less padding, and I used to remove the inner-soles to make them lighter. I went an entire season with a $7 pair of Reeboks (just because I use them, doesn’t mean I can spell them.
That’s the year I began breaking the 7 min mile in 10k’s, and with my best pace of 6:12 in a 5k.
Then for about 5 years I was stuck on Nike Air. Nice shoe, until they messed them up.
The workmanship just isn’t there anymore, now that all are made in China.
I’d say if you’re happy with what you’re using stick with it. Heck, if they’re not too expensive, I’ll pick up a pair.
